And a boost in that ZDDP(SP) stuff! sounds good to me. 3rd fill with full synthetic in my car will be with 4 quarts 0-30 and 1 quart 15W-50.

Anyone have a reccomendation on (CHEAPER) filter that flow as good, if not better than the Mobil 1 Extended Performance filter? I only plan on leaving the oil in for a max of 5,000 miles as I will have one road course track day on the oil towards the end of the 5,000 miles.

I would say WIX or NAPA GOLD then, the M1 flows just fine,dont get where people think its a restrictive filter? it's not..

No, you got me wrong here. I want a filter that flows good period b/c the Honda requires good flow b/c of the high lift cams in Vtec. I know the Mobil 1 flows really well, the K&N that is made basically the same, flows even better. I just don't want to spend the money on the filters when I do an oil change every 5,000 or less depending on where my track days are at durring my cycle.

Before I used a Wix filter spec'd for the S2000 on my race car that has the same engine as my street car (larger capacity, less dense filtration mtl). too bad it wont fit this updated engine though b/c of a heat sheild they added from 04 to 06.

I'm looking into a remote filter setup but haven't spent too much time on that yet. When I get that done, I'll be using the s2000 spec Mobil 1 filter for 10,000 miles or 2 oil changes, whatever comes first.
