Starting in on this 03 Sequoia replacing the timing belt and water pump, plugs, filters, and valve clearance check or adjustment. Got the right valve cover off and it looks very clean inside.

My son has an 96 Corolla DX with the 1.8 engine. At about 230K miles the valve cover was off for work to be done, and looked as clean, or cleaner, as in the pics here.
It looks identical to the 1.8 engine.He said "right" valve cover...... Hmmmm what could it be?
