I only eat about 20 - 25 different whole foods, and besides beans, these are two of my most important foods.
Runny eggs and red potatoes baked on a silicone baking sheet.

So is #18 FAN. Are we now singling out random members?

Like pot calling kettle black🤬🤬🤬
I like to drink 🍺 my Carbs thank you very much 😂 In all seriousness I do come on here and promote whole foods getting lean and building muscle for many reasons. I do look like a hypocrite I’m the first one to admit it when I say and suggest this and that than I’m over on the beer thread posting many beers generally on weekend. Craft beer has always been something I had passion for and it continues to be but also working out 6days a week as I enjoy that as much as well.

whole eggs are one of the best real foods, potatoes are just OK unless eaten RAW like 4 qts of mlk i drink weekly, down from 6 while working! Sten Ekburg ate a 100 eggs in 10 days + he noted he got no bad effects but hes surely above average before that.

That's really interesting. Where did you get the idea to eat 3-4 eggs a day?

Many of the best health forums I'm on are big into eggs.
Chris Masterjohn PhD, also Chris Kresser, Ray Peat PhD, and many more
have good info on the benefits of eating 3-4 eggs per day, every day.

Quite a collection of the pseudo-science (and non MD) dudes there. Never miss an opportunity to promote them, right?

Yes I know you've stopped listening to doctors but what you do listen to isn't an upgrade.
