So far, I've seen a VOA for Castrol Edge 5w-30 that looked very average and another VOA for Castrol Edge 10w-30 that looked very robust additive-wise. Which is the real deal or are there two different formulas?

I noticed in that link, quote, "Castrol Edge Sport 5W-30 is considered non-hazardous according to Worksafe." How is an oil considered non-hazardous? I guess it doesn't take much to be non-hazardous.

Other than that, I didn't see anything in that link differentiating the two. Although, how do you guys always find that information on oil? I've been wanting to find the cst @ 40C for quite a few oils, to compare to my 5W-40 Rotella's 90 or 95cst @ 40C. I've been wanting to compare 15W-40 Rotella, 10W-30 Castrol GTX, and 0W-30 Castrol Syntec (GC). I practically know their cst @ 100C, but no clue at 40C.

Hazardous is referring to NFPA ratings. All chemicals are required to be rated. Based on flammability, reactivity, and health. You could sit next to a gallon of open oil and nothing much will happen, whereas being around benzene (health concerns) or calcium carbonate (reacts with water)the same would not be true.
