Meguiar's Heavy Duty Headlight Restoration Kit. I had good luck with this kit on my 2007 Fusion that I no longer own, just follow directions & the headlights should look like new. You can spray some clearcoat on afterwards for a long lasting finish if you're good with paint. I didn't do anything afterwards except apply the headlight sealant/protectant every other car wash, it's included in the kit. I restored my headlights with this kit late summer last year & headlights still looked new when I got rid of the car in April.

Our dad has a 2006 Tundra, he travels around for his work, so his truck is outside 24/7, and a couple of years ago his headlights were starting to get a little hazy in spots. It was just starting, so I polished them with Optimum's polish and sealed them with their lens coating. It is working really well, the headlights look great. I also used the coating on the tail lens.

Believe it or not, I had that Wipe New headlight stuff put on the Trailblazer, worked like a charm. Wipe on and that was literally it, they haven't looked this good in years. And it's been a month or so of being in the Phoenix sun.

Far from the easiest way for restoring headlights, but seems to be the best in my opinion. Haven't tried it personally, but seems to me that sanding is the only way to actually get rid of the oxidation instead of just covering it up with a temporary band-aid solution.

3M Headlight Restoration Kit, for use in conjunction with a power drill.
All of the ones that use sandpaper work. I used 3M. For me it was important to use clearcoat afterward. Without UV protecting clearcoat, it doesn't last long. The sun's UV will make it unclear very quickly without clearcoat, which is just a couple of bucks and easy to spray on.
