how do you get that? I am registerd with them as a military veteran and I only get occasional "hometown hero" coupons for a 5% discount. What precisely did you do to get a 10% military discount on purchases?

Pretty sure it's newer or a promotion. I'm not far from my local one and I haven't seen it prior to today.

This is interesting. I've always just told them I was a veteran and have a copy of my DD214 on my phone, showed it to them, and got the discount.

Here are the specifics on their website, which does not say you get a 10% discount across the board. I guess the cashiers I've dealt with didn't know there were limits, either. Now I'll have to play dumb instead of being blissfully ignorant. Honestly, that shouldn't be too difficult.

Or you could just go to the store and ask them to price match the walmart price on your motor oil, dog food, etc. Or you could also use your TSC card to get an additional 5% in rewards back.
