From our '24 Land Cruiser, ~15K total miles. Pennzoil Platinum 5w-30 out and in with same filter.

Well made filter, pliable ADBV and smooth opening relief valve with good sealing surfaces. Small filter overall, but dense stiff and reasonably tough media with deep pleats.
