Finally tackled the noisy intake cam phasor in the 1AR-FE 2.7L in the 2012 Sienna.

Before
Pulled off the cam bearing holder thingy to get to the oil intake filter, which turned out to not be clogged at all
Peek at the tensioner (which I replaced)
Old gear (13050-0V011) and new gear (13050-0V040)
Installed
I disassembled the old gear and couldn't find anything broken or obvious that would cause the startup rattle. Possible the lock pin was sticky or more worn than I'm able to tell visually / manually. Regardless, the startup rattle is gone so go team!
