TOYOTA 90915-YZZN1

Hello All,
I read on here A lot but don't post much but....
I wanted to share this filter. It's smaller then the 90915-yzzf2 but I figure that is not a big deal.
This media seems slightly different then the yzzf2/f1 filters. Thoughts?

Thanks for reporting with pictures. I have some on deck. The media space is not wasted on Toyota filters and the pleats are much deeper. They changed the media color is different. Does it look two ply?

That ADBV almost looks like a dark olive green color.

I'd run it....

Those filters are well built.

Efficiency... Maybe not a high achiever but Toyotas run well in excess of 300k miles on those filters.

The ADBV is indeed olive green/army green. Its doesn't seem to be the standard nitrile ADBV they use. Also, it's stamped with ARS the Japanese oil seal company. I couldn't get my camera the focus.

Yes it seems like single ply but come in ar 0.035
Slightly pink hue to it as well.

Really like the “cartridge in a can” style filter Toyota uses on many of their filters.

Agree with the above poster - efficiency doesn’t really seem to matter on these with numerous vehicles going a long long distance on these.

I’m running the YZZD3 with confidence.

Meh, nothing special about this filter. Sure it will work fine, but so will most others in this price point - with better filtration and silicone adbv.

Not sure how anyone can determine the filtering efficiency of this one from pictures. Or if the adbv is silicone or nitrile.

Thank you. I love those old school NSK caliper/micrometers. I always find them on Fleabay for a reasonable price!
