Toyota 3.4 Liter, Factory Fill, 1061 Miles

I had this analysis done to shed light on the question of whether Toyota uses special oil for break-in. Miles - 1061, roughly 40% highway, filter is factory, lab is Analysts Inc. I will leave interpretation to others, except to note that viscosity checked out at 20, factory recommendation is 5W-30.

Looks like fairly normal oil and wear metals for a new engine. Calcium is somewhat low but close to a lot of dino oils so normal. I think it is a very good idea to change oil at that low milage.
Gets the high copper/silicon/etc out of the system. Viscosity is low but not alarming low.
 
Viscosity is low. I agree-good to get that silicon/copper outta' there. Looks like a good report to me
