Hello, is TotalEnergies RUBIA OPTIMA 3100 10w40 a good oil ?

I would like to use it in my old 2006 grand voyager 2.8 common rail diesel (like kj liberty).

More than fine.But you have no DPF, the choice is endless-you can choose an oil that you can use in other equipment you have too.

Look up the prices of this one (higher TBN,similar approvals. Comes in 20l.and above) :

It's decent oil, should work ok, thing is if you need it for some good reason (Chrysler spec, price...) vs other normal oil.
