Im planing on doing a PCV Seafoam Treatment, however I got talking with a few friends and the arguement came up about Seafoam vs B12. The thought came to me to combine b12 and seafoam and use that as a mix?

Thoughts?

This isn't for use through the fuel system, where I use PI.

I plan on using this through the PCV line.

what is the basis of the argument? One is stronger than the other?

Im sure a 50/50 mix will do no more harm than straight product from one bottle or the other.

Yes, the arguement was B15 was stronger, yet Seafoam was safer.

So I had the idea for a frankenstein mix.

If it were me I would alternate them instead of mixing them. I would throw a cycle of water in too. Get it good and hot before so it steams better (engine & water).

Then use Amsoil's Power Foam, though the intake.

Good advice. You don't know what you are creating when you mix two different chemical mixtures. Doing it this way is at least "safer".

Whether or not it is neccessary is another question altogether...

The point is not how you get the cleaner in, but what are you trying to clean. If its deposits in the combustion chamber then a POA based cleaner (Techron or Regaine) or Amsoil PI should do the job.
