Its not Killer, like pulling a vg30e head(I dont like ohc's) but its a far bit of work on these trucks. Another word of advice, dont over tighten the timing belt, the ends of the cams will break off( I havent had it happen but I've heard horror storys)
Count the grooves in the belt before you take the belt off too, that way if a cam slips you can tell before starting it up.
