Time to check tire pressures ....

Checked the tire pressure on the Uplander yesterday and they all needed a little "topping up" due to the lower ambient temperature as winter approaches.
So, Saturday night be sure to set your clock back 1 hour and check your tire pressures before heading to church on Sunday.

Good idea. I check mine monthly. Tire pressures can change dramatically as the seasons change.

Ha. Temps here in The Swamp of teh Awful (tm) don't change (i.e., stay in the 80s-90s) from March to November.

Though we are supposed to get a cool front here on Saturday. (I'll believe it when I feel it, but . . .) I'll check on Sunday morning.

I've already been checking my tire pressures frequently. We've had some "chilly" mornings here on Long Island and I noticed at least a couple times when my tires were low about 2-3psi. I've noticed that when temps move between the 60-80 F range the tires seem to hold pretty steady. 60 degrees vs. 40 is when I see the psi in the tires change noticeably.

Of course my car does have the TPMS system which actually shows the psi of each tire on my dashboard display. So that definitely helps.
