Yeah I was going to say the same. They loosen up a good bit with age. It probably needs replacement bushings to get some of the slop out, and then a good set of tires.
Agree some of the continental tires can ride harsh. I had a set of DWS06s and they had superb grip, were very quiet and a forgiving ride. I did find them to be better with a couple extra psi. Being that Hondas can be a little on the noisy side, the quietness of the DWS06 might be a good option.
Someone also mentioned the Pirelli all season - which I’ve read good things about but never have used myself.
