I have a problem on my hands. Apparently I must of warped the the metal on the oil pan where the drain bolt goes. Cause it's a slow seep of oil. I was thinking of maybe putting some permatex gasket sealer around the area after a full drain. Thoughts?

+1 or a metal and rubber one, i.e. Toyota's 90430-12031. Both should be replaced.

Try a new crush washer as a first resort and torque the plug to spec.
Very unlikely that you warped the oil pan, although the threads could be buggered.

Any thoughts on some rtv? The pipe tape seems like a better idea. But what's the long term with removing the bolt after some time.

Only thing worse than a rubber gasket is a double rubber gasket. Use a new crush washer each time and 25-30 ft/lb is a standard torque there.

Remove oil pan, hammer the area out with a bucking bar on the other side and it will be good as new.
I got 100 washers, OEM Honda, off ebay for $12.00 delivered to the front door. Change them every time and your problems will go away, plus it gives you a chance to look at the bottom end.

PS: Junk yard oil pans should be available also.
