Pretty much any of the synthetic could handle this under the stated condition IMO. As other have stated, "whatever is on sale" is how I usually decide. Though for my specific engines, I have to say that Castrol Edge has become my new found favorite and eliminates most of the ticking found with my current engines. Subsequent choices would be PP, SynPower, and M1 EP.
As Blackstone Labs as indicated to me, the characteristic of wear are dependent to the individual engine and not so much to the brand of oil. I'd personally start with an 8-10K UOA and go from there.
Presently, I run 12K OCI with a filter change at 6K. This allows me replenish the additives and give me added confidence with filtration. Not to mention it makes my maintenance plan that much easier. Every year I do one UOA now that I've found my sweet spot and consider it an annual exam for the current condition of my vehicles.
Also, always remember to keep your oil topped off with any extended OCI regimen.
