Yeah, just got mine back today. Walmart again. And to think Meijers across the street had it cheaper. Anyway, I'll call tomorrow.
You had the option of sending the bar code from the case (which holds 6 quarts) and would therefore still have the rings intact.quote:

Son of a gun if I didn't have a gallon of that in hand at Walmart last week. I toyed with buying it to run next winter, thinking that the diesel rated oil would do some cleaning, the 5w would flow better on cold start, and the 40 is what my engine likes--perfect! I put it back on the shelf since I have three cases of varioius oil at home and winter is a long way off. That is a great price too. I'll keep it in mind and if it goes on sale, may grab a jug.quote:

Shell Rotella T Synthetic 5W-40 is sold by the gallon at most WalMarts. The last I saw it was priced at $12.48/gallon which is $3.12/quart.
All reports are that it is a Group III oil.

I guess that answers my question. You don't have any problems getting multiple rebates at the same address?quote:

I just got my $5.00 dollar rebate check from Valvoline today. It was for a case of all climate. The oil was on sale and final cost was .89 a qt. It is good to use in the lawn mower and roto tiller. Should get the $11.60 max life rebate in a few days. That makes 20 quarts of free max life since last November.![]()
