The new Nissan Frontier.

The Nissan dealer here still has two, new nicely equipment 2020 Frontiers in stock. They're asking low 30's for them.

The problem is, its still the same cab with zero leg room in the back and the same chassis with the turning radius of the Titanic.

I had a bunch of Frontiers as rentals for work and a few times my wife and, at the time, infant son tagged along. The car seat in the back had my wife's knees smashed against the dash.

And the turning radius . . . . I daily drive a 2014 F150 Supercrew 6.5' bed with a 157" wheelbase and almost crashed the Frontier every time i tried to park the thing. For such a small truck the turning radius is terrible.

for those without deep pockets looking for the best value the fronty ROCKS!! i was lucky to get a preowned 25 thou mile 2011 SV 4X4 with a 6 spd manual in 2018 after my anemic but enough 08 colorado 4X4 2.9 LS 5 speed manual crashed out + am still enjoying it except the wider turning radius BUT nothing is perfect!! neighbors recently purchased 2018 50 thou 3.5 ecoboost needs timing chains, salesman told him that issue was fixed NOT!!!!

I currently own a second Gen Tacoma. If I was looking now it would be hard to pass on the frontier. The drive train has been solid and the truck looks great. Definitely wouldn’t be looking at another Tacoma.

As much as I believe the Frontier, at least up to the 2020 model year is the best Nissan vehicle you can get, time will tell on the newest ones.

I know my local Nissan dealer would typically only stock 2-3 of them at best because of slow sales and they stocked zero Titans because of the same.

I don't agree with the comment above about no legroom in the rear seating area. The crew cabs are quite roomy. Obviously everyone's fit is going to vary, but I'm 6ft and have plenty of room in the back of my FIL's 2017 crew cab long bed. Leg room comes into play in the front for those over 6ft. My 2019 Ram 1500 classic crew cab, short bed can make tighter turns than my FILs Frontier and my Hemi gets better MPGs for day/day driving.

Looks okay so far. I wonder how the new 3.8-liter V6 engine will hold up? Will have to see.

Oh... I don't like the wide-striped fluorescent orange interior trim on the Pro4X. Ugh. Perhaps the next level down won't have that eye-sore?

From the side, it looks like a Tacoma...

The 3.8 was introduced 2 years ago. Seems to be just fine.
