05 Uplander-new-waiting for OLM to tell when to change.Factory fill went 3500 miles still showing 25% when changed to Mobil 1 5W30. 1200 miles still at 88%.

I don't know yet, as I have two new GM vehicles and will be using the OLM system.

I removed factory oil at 1000 miles and will now use the OLM to tell me when the next one is due. So based on analysis, driving habits, and conditions at the moment I'd suspect that it will range from 5000 - 10000 on conventional oil using the OLM.

All three cars are more likely to get their oil changed based on interval as opposed to mileage. My wife and I have short commutes to work, but in very heavy traffic.

I have found that frequent oil changes per her owner's manuals recommendations are effective and cheap insurance against freezing.
