I'm sure that's right. DI is more loud than MPI.

For a Corolla , Toyota did a nice job keeping everything relatively simple in terms of the drivetrain and probably more reliable with less maintenance than a similarly equipped civic 1.5T..

They did a good job with the redesigned CVT making it peppier.

Props to Toyota for keeping this vehicle simple but providing a bit more zip.

Can confirm.
Lexus UX is significantly quieter.
Especially UX 250h.

The dash looks like every other current vehicle in the class and seems fine. What they need to do is dump the piano black interior trim. That stuff is just horrible.
