That is for the 300k warranty provision. So, if you "normally" drive you ride 300k or more then yes,.. change it out every 50k. But, for what is considered to be normal life as defined by the government, then change it at 10 years 150k. Remember, it does not read no oil changes for 300k, now does it?

Fact, Average new car is traded in by its owner at around 6-7 years and 70k. I have several co-workers who unloaded their vehicles at between 100-150k and 10 years.

If they would have used synlube in all those examples, then no oil changes would have been needed.

He may not be a company spokesperson. I wouldn't nitpick too much on that weak link. 50k is pretty risque for them to promote as standard.

Not that I buy any of it ..but if 50k is more than enough to be "out of this world". If it could really make that and manage a car that reached the 10+ year mark while doing it (naturally without weezing like a bagpipe), I'd say that they managed a decent miracle.

(imagine the scene when Forest Gump as getting married and Lt. Da-yan showed up with his titanium legs)

Magic oil

Epic Fail.

Im on the synlube site, and they just manage a miracle....running an 87 mazda rx7 with no oil change! Its amazing....the first rotary engine with no oil combustion, the oil injector was dead i guess and the oil so good it manage to keep the engine alive.

For the people who dont know rotary engine consumes oil by desgn. It has oil metering pumps that actually inject oil into the combustion chambers to be burned as you drive. The amount you use will be determined by how aggressively you drive.

I don't think I have ever seen anybody who says that he is just a customer push a product so hard! Really, could you imagine a Pennzoil fan pushing Pennzoil like this or a Mobil 1 fan pushing Mobil 1 like this! I like Pennzoil (I am not fanatical about it) but what would people here think if I came out with 10,000 posts trying to get people to switch to Pennzoil?

Can I ask you captain_kirk, exactly what is there in all of this for you? You just want for people to also find this miracle motor oil that you found?

If I felt I had discovered the world's greatest motor oil I would tell some people, and if they did not show interest I would drop it and be happy that I personally had found the ultimate motor oil.

Why?

Not cost-effective and potential engine damage as well as a voided warranty.

I could get 20 quarts of dino oil for $32, that's 200k of service...guaranteed.

Why?

Zaedock,

If it's absolute garbage, then why do you continue to read on with more and more anger? Looks like I, "struck a nerve"?

We'll since the "other way" with this group hasn't worked in over half a decade or more, thought it would be insane to continue in that fashion by definition. Let's try it this way for a while. Maybe in about half decade more you guys might actually finally get it.

Well nucleardawg it is comical-I have to agree with you on that. This Synlube has to be some fantastic stuff, don't you think, if it will do this to you? Do these guys walk down the street telling strangers on the street about their great discovery of the world's greatest motor oil?

We need a VOA on this stuff to see if there is something in it that is addictive. Apparently if you use this motor oil once you are hooked for life.

I am not going to count the seconds until a VOA or UOA is produced.

I will have to check out the rx7 you speak of and the vw. There is a lot of vehicles posted,so maybe a couple got typed in wrong?

I do have to give captain_kirk credit for being a more polite spokesman for Synlube. The other two guys (especially one of them) can't talk to the potential customers without insults.

Maybe we should have a comedy section at bitgo. People could come up with all sorts of wacky comedy routines pushing the products of their choice.

This is a website of legitimate information and fact, of which you have neither. I enjoy discussing topics of lubrication with my fellow members. You signed up on this site 11 months ago and then mysteriously post up pushing Synlube, posting only in this thread to do so. You and your Synlube buddies argue and insult my friends in an attempt to prove your point.

Struck a nerve? No, not yet. If you had, I would have already contacted the mods and reported your inappropriate and trollish posts.
