on my 2007 3.8 dodge van i switched from Mobil 1 5w20 to ansoil 10-30 ,van calls for 5-20 but had 6 qts of 10-30 amsoil and thought i woiuld use it and see if mileage changed, about one time a month i drive 100 miles on interstate and i am going to see if any difference in my mileage, using Mobil 1 5w20 if i ave 70 mph i get 25 mpg and if i drive 65 mph i get 27 mpg . my best mileage is 60 mph but is to slow for interstate driving, old ladies in civics would run over me, you amsoil experts what do you think about running 10-30 in place of 5-20 in ohio for the summer temps?
