Does anyone have any experience with this in a rear end. Considering using it in a Nissan with a C200 differential.

recommendations call for single grade 75w, 80w or 90 weights.

No, this is not an ISO 32-220 gear oils............
First look at its KV@40*C value of 81 cSt , bearing in mind its KV@100*C.

In industrial gear oil terminoloty , this is a non-standard ISO 81 gear oils ..... if one must assign it an ISO classification.
It's thicker than ISO 68 gear oils , but thinner than ISO 100 gear oils.

Whereas in automotive gear oil terminology, it's rightly called SAE 75W90 gear oils .........
which are typically equivalent to ISO 100 gear oil viscosity grade, depending on one's reported KV@40*C.

Now primarily for oil life longevity and differential components life longevity , not for FE if one can discern it ,then select :
a )75W110 , if you must have a 75Wyy;
b )80W90 or better still a mono SAE 90 ,if you must have an xxW90; or
c )Say, M1 75W90 whose KV@40*C is above 100 cSt ,bearing in mind its KV@100*V value, higher values being preferred ........
if you absolutely must have a 75W90.
JMHO

Note:(c) offers lowest margin of safety in MOFT protection.
