SUV Tool Box/Organizer

I routinely need to carry a toolbox in the back of my SUV. For years I have been using my steel craftsman case but I want to see if there is one available that snugly holds each socket, rachet, etc., so that i don't hear it everytime I hit a bounce.

I would like to get a good size tool set and don't mind paying good money for it. I'm not impressed with what is offered at Sears. Any recommendations?

I carry my sockets on a rail, they're organized, don't bang around loose and everything is in 1 spot. I carry 2 ratchets, one being a combination 3/8 & 1/4 head, the other just a 3/8".
I opted for a tool bag instead of a steel box. mainly for space.
I also have a regular set of metric wrenches, got them local auto parts store, $13 for Wilmar (or Performance Tool). They're chromed, polished, smoothed, and pretty sturdy. I have a set of Craftsman's, but I've been slowly not using them anymore. the Wilmar set while cheap, are a bit longer and unfortunately seem stronger. Both of these fit in a craftsman 13" bag, nicely, and also have needle nose & side cut pliers as well as 2 vice grips (Great Neck, from AZ)(big & small). And a 6 reversable way combo screwdriver, got that from home depot. And carry a regular flat head and #2 phillips. And lastly, a pair of 8" channel lock pliers.

I started out years ago with a metal Craftsman like you. However, in the sled I use a 'soft' canvas tool bag with lots of pockets and room enough to hold what I use most.
