Most of all I want to see a great game. There have been too many Super Bowls that were completely dominated by one team and the game was boring. Sometimes it seems that the players on both teams get too uptight over the game.
I am an old AFL guy and I always hope that the AFC team will win, so therefore I want the Steelers to win. Obviously I would have preferred for Denver to be in the Super Bowl but the Steelers proved in Denver that they deserve to go to the Super Bowl. And the Seahawks proved against Carolina that they deserve to be there.
I am a very dedicatd Denver Bronco fan but I am not a fanatic like one guy I know. I know a guy who lives here (in Colorado) who is a fanatical New York Yankees baseball fan. He actually expects for the Yankees to win the World Series every year and he goes insane if that does not happen. If anybdy says anything bad about his Yankees he goes insane. I would have liked to see the Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl but the way they played against the Steelers the do not deserve to go.

Gee sprintman - I thought you aussies were a lighter lot. Why watch if bored? I can understand, you have no dog in the fight. And there is no way you can understand the subtleties, so you call it names. It's OK.
Yes maybe I was a bit hard but it is sloooow. And yes Rugby Union is a minor game here, Australian Bureau of Statistics have it as the eighth largest sport in the country. Rugby League is a bigger sport. Neither interest me much.
Man, the media is in love with the Steelers aren't they? Like Seattle is supposed to show up and play dead. I'm not a big cowher fan when it comes to the playoffs but he does have the better team here on paper. Steelers get another finesse team to play in the playoffs. I just hope its a good game and its not over in the 1st quarter like the championship games. If the spread goes to 5 1/2 I like Seattle to cover and the game is going over.
