Great! I have a high mileage Acura MDXI've been using it in my 06 Accord for over a year and 22k miles. No issues. But I change it every 5k miles or 6 months.
ThanksI've used it in a few vehicles and never had any issue.
Pretty sure that's what I accidentally ran 11,000 miles in the grand marquis.
I wouldn't run a 20 grade oil personally, especially from Warren oil, but it's a BITOG favorite for sure, and you'll be hard pressed to find people who will admit to issues running it here. I suspect there are some issues but you won't find people admitting to them.Hello,

What's wrong with the Noack? Here's a link to the SuperTech PDS. 12% Noack. Yeah, no thanks.
I believe less than 15% meets spec for SP rated oil (ASuperTechM D5800.) Not sure for SQ. Why 12% is an issue? I ask because a lot of other oils don't even publish it. Valvoline just says less than 15%. Any oil meeting SP/SQ should be less than 15%.I wouldn't run a 20 grade oil personally, especially from Warren oil, but it's a BITOG favorite for sure, and you'll be hard pressed to find people who will admit to issues running it here. If you do a search, you'll find some good threads.
Why not use Supertech for everything?
People with high mileage who run SuperTech

What's wrong with the Noack?
I'm surprised this is a question? Why 12% is an issue?
Not in what I'd run. 10W-30 is 4.1%.I think AMSOIL OE is like 11%, so......
Really?I'm surprised this is a question?
You’re the only one making the comparison. I didn’t. Somehow you made this straw man when I only brought up Noack. 12% is high.Really?
2 bottles of Amsoil OE (before taxes and shipping) cost more than a 5 qt jug of Super Tech.![]()
Supertech has always felt like the oil option the bachelor buys with his bird seed and peanut butter.Supertech very good oil for normal cars.
For high horsepower use the more expensive synthetic oils.
I was saying that Valvoline Restore and Protect and so many other Valvoline oils have Noack of <15% and they are not necessary worse than Supertech with lower 12% Noack. You’re the only one making the comparison. I didn’t. Somehow you made this straw man when I only brought up Noack. 12% is high.
There are those of us that seek HTHS.I was saying that Valvoline Restore and Protect and so many other Valvoline oils have Noack of <15% and they are not necessary worse than Supertech with lower 12% Noack.
The OP doesn't look for either one. And Supertech is an ILSAC oil. There are those of us that seek HTHS.
We're not the ones looking at a cleaning ILSAC oil.
