Sub Inflation

My peanut butter and jelly sandwich consumption has definitely gone up. That reminds me, need to stop grab a new jar of PB for my office.

I got a flyer from the sub shop last week in post #1
I never looked at it until today. They reduced the sub prices by $2...
I could guess why but I haven't been back to see how busy they are.

This is a great thread (even though I haven't read all the posts) but one thing I want to see is a thread about prices which have lowered a bit from their "peak price gauging" levels.
Here and there, fish has gone down. When there's a drop in price, people should buy some....if only to send the message.
Remember fellow consumers...your spending is the only vote you get.

In an effort to cut out fast food from our lives as much as possible, I think I'm going to do Philly cheese steak sandwich's for dinner tonight. Gotta hit the store and buy provolone and cheese whiz. Some folks here have strong preferences about their Philly's. Personally, I think whiz on a Philly is barbaric, but it takes all kinds.

Eighteen months ago I could get a large one topping pizza, a sampler appetizer side dish and a two liter soda for $22.95. Went to get one last night and price had gone to $25.95 and no soda included anymore.
Won't be doing that again.
