My comment was I can get one for $5 at Autozone with work account. Obviously some members didn’t catch that.

Regardless they are a solid deal as I grabbed one today for lady’s daughters car for $5.11 work account price.

Double that almost for the peons now and I'll bet some good money they didn't sell to you at a loss!

Goodness they suddenly got real proud of their stuff over at STP haven't they.

STP just licenses the name. AutoZone does all the legwork contracting, procuring and setting retail pricing.

I missed the part about 'work account' and thought you possibly found a good 'deal' someplace.
The Champion XL filters at 'Rockauto' are less than $5 delivered if you buy a few to spread the delivery costs...I think the Champ XL PH2876XL is identical to the (older non PG) STP S6607XL.
