I hit the 90 LB lost target this morning. All since the beginning of February, and no medication aids.
Had a follow-up blood test, and most things are good. My Non-HDL cholesterol is still kind of high, 191, but trending down. My AST liver test is still showing slightly high, but that's trending down too.
I signed up for the HAM newsletter, and my next step is to study the diet recommendations. I'm looking to accelerate the drive to lower my LDL cholesterol. My current diet is pretty good, but there is room for improvement...
