Found this stuff in Walmart frozen isle. LOVE most seafood, not much fresh in Arkansas though. Any way, seems to be tiny lobster tail compressed and frozen into forms similar to old-time ice trays. Bought a pack (don't remember but though it reasonable price at the time). Wife mentioned it this evening, so we decided to give it a try.
Package instructions insist on cooking while still frozen. Totally without recipe I heated stick of butter with generous helping of Wok oil (cottonseed oil with black pepper, coriander, garlic [yes Mori I know that just sickened you],caspicum, and gensing root). Added small can of mushrooms, brought to hard simmer and began placing lobster chunks in. After letting heat come back up and covering to steam, cooked for approx 10 minutes then laid raw sliced onion rings in skillet. Covered and cooked high another 5-6 minutes. Similar to scampi, this stuff is DELICIOUS!!!
Green beans for side.
