They'll just sell Royal Purple branded oil because it has a premium name. Does it meet the same specs as other RP oils??? I doubt it. Probably just a cheap oil rebranded as RP. Like Levi jeans they sell that are a lighter weight fabric not manufactured by Levi Strauss. Walmart is just pulling another quick one.
