SOPUS Has Full Synthetic ATFs?!?!

So, in doing a little bit of reading, I found that SOPUS in fact does make synthetic ATFs that are sold under Pennzoil, Shell and Quaker State. I haven't done much searching for it, but my gut tells me that these are distributor only product or online only.

Should be good suff. I use the Spirax gear oil, love it.

But how to compare? Many companies have synthetic ATF. Most of it spec'ed for many vehicles. IMHO Amsoil ATF is the gold standard to compare other ATFs to.

Agree....but if you don't want the hassle and higher price of purchasing Amsoil....Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF is on many shelves and easy to get. A local NW area store has it priced for $6.49 a quart....that price is hard to beat.

I havn't seen any SOPUS ATF's locally....except maybe Pennzoil.

I like the Amsoil ATF. We became a "prefered customer" to simply be capable of ordering different oils such as synthetic ATF and MTF. Local stores only had conventional and blends at reasonably the same price that we ordered the Amsoil, and we didn't have to call around and ask which type of ATF each store had and if it met X specification. Its all right there on Amsoil's website and ships, in my area, in a day or two.

I'm an Amsoil PC as well and I use their 75w-90 Severe Gear in my truck differential.

Regarding ATF, right now I'm using Maxlife ATF in one vehicle and Pennzoil High Mileage ATF in the other vehicle. I've been satisfied with both.
