Sometimes It Pays To Make Suggestions

I was frustrated at the Meijer MPerks not having an automotive category, so I sent them this message:

It would be nice if the Department query list in Mperks included the category "Automotive." Otherwise I have to search 20 pages to see if any motor oil is on sale. Thanks, Paul


In response they said:

I went on today and see the category has been added, and it helped my son clip his Valvoline Nextgen $5 coupon as the category brought it right up.

That had been an annoyance of mine too, especially since Im usually walking around the store perusing the MPerks on my smart phone and it was really time consuming scrolling through every other Mperk first. Very cool that there is an automotive category now!!

Their response sounds similar to the typical canned response. But the difference is somebody actually got off their booty and made a change congrats on your suggestion and them for acting on it.
