Looks like I have about a 3 foot snake living near my porch! The skin was left right near a crack in my porch, so he's likely living under the porch. It's likely a big garter snake. I see them from time to time in my yard.

Looks like I have about a 3 foot snake living near my porch! The skin was left right near a crack in my porch, so he's likely living under the porch. It's likely a big garter snake. I see them from time to time in my yard.
The weirdest thing about this is, I had a dream a few nights ago about a GIANT garter snake in my yard.

I have foxes, racoons out the wazoo, deer everywhere, and my neighbor had a mountain lion sunning himself on his roof (or so he says). Thankfully the bears haven't been a problem the last few years. I even found a box turtle in my yard a few years back!
