Have you watched the Top Gear drive of a 3 wheel Reliant Robin? Seems it wasn't very stable. Or at least it was in Jeremy's hands. I'm not claiming he deliberately rolled it onto its side several times, but I wouldn't say he didn't either.

In all fairness he was trying to drive them like a sports car instead of a 3 wheeled motorcycle, the best part though was when he drove it into the inspection pit.

No trike was ever known for stability and balance. That's why those sport vehicles they have now are reversed trikes

That rider engine reminds me of a masonry mixer I used back in the day with a manual rope start. Had to make sure no one was standing behind you.
