It’s been forever since I’ve posted on here. My 18 Silverado was totaled when a lady in a Tesla Model Y hit me and broke my ball joint. I was going 45-50mph with no steering, through one ditch and across the road into the other ditch. There was extensive frame damage and the insurance company totaled it. They gave me way more than I thought they would, of course it was paid off too

I’ve always liked the Ridgeline, and told my wife years ago that if I needed a new truck that’s what I would get. I just so happened to find a 25 CPO TrailSport with 4,000 miles on it, basically brand new. The nice thing was the depreciation was already off, and Honda extends the warranty’s out to 100,000 on their certified CPO cars. I put down a large down payment and now I own a Ridgeline and a small car payment again

Glad you're okay. Let me guess she was using fsd and autopilot and didn't have her hands on the steering wheel? I can't believe that a 2025 can already be a cpo.

Glad the OP's able to tell the story. That "hit with a brick wall" stuff x speed = injuries.

A busy handyman near me has had several Ridgelines over years and years.
Otherwise, I don't see any.

Nice looking Silverado. Shame it met its demise so early. This will be an auction vehicle and will ride again.
I hope that you like the Ridgeline and that it serves you well.
We've always had good experience with the many Hondas we've owned, so I hope that you do as well.

My retired neighbor has a new-ish Ridgeline. He has the high end trim with leather seats and all. Very nice. I like the NA V6 versus a turbo 4.

Bummer about the good looking Silverado getting terminated. You'll remember it fondly but the Ridgeline sounds like it better fits your needs and lifestyle. A net win for you.
