Some people on here compared PDS sheets and think the new Pennzoil Full Synthetic is just rebranded RGT.in production and SP is available . Good luck finding it .
Yeah, the $5.24 jugs I just got are SN plusYes , did see that . Anything is possible . Have plenty of it to use for cars and small engines . It's SN , SN+ . Feel comfortable with that . Used P.P. 0w-20 , 5w-20 , 5w-30 and 10w-30 for many years before R.G.T..
That and aparently to the average person they just glanced over it when they saw Rotella, txoilguy said that he had trouble reselling it because people didn't think it was gas oil.It didn't sell well because every store put it off in the worst corner of their oil aisle...
The PQIA Reports look nearly identicalYou can buy it off of Amazon for $20 + discount for subscribe and save, also there's $3 coupon right now.
The question is - why would you try chasing it? Nothing special about this oil really, I doubt it's significantly better than QSUD that you can buy at any walmartView attachment 51113
They might be different still, but it doesn’t matter. I prefer qsud still due to its high molyI thought there was more difference but now it looks like they might literally be the same oil in different bottles.
The moly content and all the other additives was pretty much the same between the QSUD and RGT PQIA tested at least in the 5w-20 grade, RGT had 178ppm and QSUD had 181ppm, which seems to me to be the same because that's probably well within the margin of error for these type of analyses. They might be different still, but it doesn’t matter. I see It did come back, I recently ordered some from Amazon not too long ago but then they reduced their price so I cancelled the order as they wouldn't refund me the difference and then ordered it again at the cheaper price. They've since been out of stock unless you went with 3rd party sellers who want over $30 and $50.... no thank you that's highway robbery. This is the 5w30 I'm talking about, the 5w20 has been in stock and the 0w20 is over $30.You can buy it off of Amazon for $20 + discount for subscribe and save, also there's $3 coupon right now.
