The Lady got me one of these for my birthday last month, and I must say, I love it.
I posted on here about how my house basically got a makeover over the last few months. Just about 2 weeks ago, work finished. The company who did the job really did a halfway - no - I'll say it like it is, they really didn't clean up after themselves worth a tin spit after any particular job completed. I had them take the popcorn off of the ceiling in the kitchen, and I'll be darned if I wasn't still sweeping up popcorn 2.5 months later and AFTER new flooring was installed in ~65% of the house. Sawdust from the cabinet install? My lowers are still full of sawdust. I'll get to that this weekend if my gimpy back will let me. I know what I'm going to do is just brush it all out into the kitchen floor because my Sharkbot will inhale it all and ask for more.
This thing is a champ. She bought it refurbed and said she paid under half of retail for what a new one goes for. I couldn't tell it had ever been used. It was spotless, didn't have a mark or a nick or even a microscratch anywhere that I could see.
First time I ran it, it filled the cup up at least a quarter of the way. And it will hold quite a bit. I wasn't so sure about it at first, because it returned to the docking station a couple of times in like 15 minutes, and it's loud and annoying when it docks for about 20-30 seconds, but after I saw how much it was picking up, I understood why.
The Lady named it Hilda. She grew up in an quite affluent household, and Hilda was the name of the maid who came daily. Yeah - I'm definitely the Tramp in this relationship
I did give Hilda a last name. It's VonShucke. She shucks it all up like a dirty little - nevermind, I almost forgot this is a family friendly forum
If you have hard wood or laminate or LVP or etc... - I can recommend getting one of these. Life is good just opening an app on my phone and setting Hilda loose while I'm at work. Gotta make sure the floors are clear, she did try to suck up a sock and sent me a text asking me to help her get free. That's an added bonus as I'm forever piling up assorted junk on the floor. Works on tile, works on LVP, works on wood laminate (I have all 3)
