Well 2 weeks ago the lady and I went to look at cats at the shelter in Williamsburg. And this beautiful cat right up to me in her cage meowing at me and wanting me to pet her. The lady working there was quite surprised and impressed how the kitty came up to me so fast. I did pet her a bit and knew she was the one. We took her home not even a half hour later. We changed her name from Frosty … To June.. She had been in the shel since June and I thought that was a good and better name for her.

So far she is adjusting very well.. Took her awhile to come out from her spot in the bathroom but she did. She’s very loving and fun. She is only a year and 4 months old. I don’t want kittens because they are the most likely to be adopted. I like them between 1-3 years old.

Being very candid getting her is really helping me heal from losing our other two cats last month.

It’s so refreshing to hear from people like you. I really feel like there aren’t many, but I hope I am wrong. Thanks for sharing that story.
Makes me think there is still hope in mankind.

Awe Bradley she is adorable. May the man upstairs bless you and your cat and your lady. Thank You for sharing pics of a beautiful cat 😍😍

The lead-up to this adoption doesn't sound horribly unique...but that doesn't matter one hoot.
She looks like a grand cat.
Best of luck with your new family member.
She's a sharp looking cat.

Puuurrty kitty. They give 100% love. I adopted two sisters in April from a foster home. They are about two years old. Very scared at first. Fully at home now. Good companions to the golden retriever I rescued in January. 🐈🐈‍⬛🐕
