Seems like pharma would rather treat the easy diseases like Eczema, dry eyes or bedroom problems.Cancers appear to be highly individual in their etiology and prognosis.
It is a shame for someone so young to have been taken by what should have been treatable disease.

Cured of the condition you were being treated for, yes. There's no guarantees that that condition or another cancer (through radiation and imaging you get a ton of radiation exposure) won't come along down the road.
