Seeking electrical connector.

I'm searching for a source for these female blade/spade? connectors.

Must have the little Notch (blue arrow) so it locks within a plastic relay connector. What are these specific terminals called?

For 10-12 AWG wire.

Headlight Relay upgrade.
Don't want to use the provided 16/18 awg wire on these connectors,
do not want individual wires running to relays.

That looks like an AMP Faston (TE Connectivity) or ETCO connector. They come in strip form for installation with an automatic press, but you can cut them from the strip and crimp them on by hand. These companies usually offer free samples, but finding the right one could take a bit of work.

Option 2: reuse the connector. I've done that on ocassion with some success.

Option 3: Cut off the existing connector leaving a wire pig-tail and use an in-line butt splice.

Google Oregon motorcycle parts. On their web page click on the link for the connectors. They offer oem harness connectors in both male and female.

They show a 6 pack of the female connectors that you're showing for $2.05.

Thank you. I'm gonna order some, and today see how badly I mangle one opening it up for reuse with 10awg.
