Anyway, I agree see if you can pull any more codes off of it. Hate to say though, sounds dead. Maybe a bad TCM though?

Have it scanned, sounds kind of low to have a failure, maybe a sensor or something.

The 6T70/75 have had numerous premature 3/5/R waveplate failures. What your are describing is exactly like when my Acadia's waveplate went.

My fluid smelled fine, but when you removed the drain plug for a sample there were visible particles.

Hey guys, thanks for all the replies. Sorry I didn't get back to you, I was way too busy...

All the stuff related to the trans seemed fine. The fluid level was not soo bad. It needs a half a quart every few months. Doesn't smell.

I dropped it off to a trusted mechanic, I will post my findings.
