I HAVE A 1996 MAZDA 626. P.O. BACKED OUT OF GARAGE CAUSING DANAGE INCLUDING CHROME AROUND WINDOW ON RS BEING PARTIALLY OUT AND A LITTLE BENT. WOULD LIKE TO TRY TO GET IT GLUED BACK DOWN CLOSE TO NORMAL, ANY IDEA WHAT KIND OF GLUE OR SILICON, ETC. IT WOULD ABUT AGAINST WINDOW SEALER. THANKS.

Please do not type all caps.

Are you sure it is glued down, not held down on a channel?

If it's bent, the factory clips won't hold.
I'd try straightening it first.

Silicone RTV will work, but it takes a long time to set up.
You should tape it down carefully if you do this .
3M weatherstripping glue also woks well. But I'd have to see the problem before I recommend a solution as first choice.
