That's a rusty W126 and I guarantee you their is a ton more in lots of other places.
Fixing it is to expensive unless you want to drop huge money, W126's tend to rust from the inside out. So you can bet your jack points and front sub frame support are dust as well.
It's a rolling parts car, drive it until something major breaks in than part it out.
If you want a nice W126 start with a nice W126, you should be able to get a really good one for around $5k-$6k from a dry rust free state.
