I have a big problem.
To keep my Auto Transmission happy I installed external cooler while keeping factory one ( in radiator). It worked well, however one day I noticed oil spots on driveway. Checked all my cars, no oil leak. Two weeks later I see oil stains on my bumper lip. After inspecting everything discovers that one of the pipes on AT oil cooler have leek. Checked AT oil level and it was way too low, 1/3” bellow low level mark. AT oil was dark and murky. I removed external oil cooler and replaced remaining AT oil with new one. Strange thing is that there were not any changes or noise from transmission while it was on low oil. It is still runs strong without any changes in performance or noise as it nothing happened.

My question is it going to die sooner? What I can do to help it runs longer (no external cooler)?

I ran my auto transmission about a quart low from 50-90k miles (40,000 mile period). I'm at 110k right now and it still shifts great. It's a GM TAAT automatic fwiw.

I hope my will do the same. On another hand Suzuki has 100,000 miles of powertrain protection

If you're too low, you can't run. You'll start getting "runaway" when you stop and start at stop signs and what not ..as the fluid sloshes and exposes the pickup and the pump cavitates.

You've obviously never owned some of the lower class of beaters in your driving history.
