Gear Oil inadvertently Mixed over With ATF

Working on replacing the rear main seal on a 2013 Toyota Rav4. I might have possibly contaminated the ATF with a small amount of 75W90 from the transfer case.

The passenger CV axle passes through the transfer case into the transmission. I removed both axles to remove the transmission, and the transmission got tilted slightly during removal and installation. I had some ATF spill out of the transfer case (passenger) side. It never was tilted the other way and never spilled anything out of the driver (transmission) CV axles side... So I dont "think" any the gear oil made it over to the transmission side but there's still a chance.

I just flushed out the transfer case side with fresh gear oil and am buttoning everything up now.

-There is only 0.43L transfer case oil capacity.
-Draining the transmission will not get the low point where gear oil "might" have spilled over.

What's my best course of action?
-Run it and flush after it dilutes with rest of ATF?
-Try to flush immediately at all costs?

Hypothetically - if some small amount of gear oil made it over would that wreck the transmission?

Bit confused by "ATF" out of transfer case". In any case I would no be overly concerned with contamination.
A drain and fill or two would help ME sleep better. Probably a good idea after the repair, either way.

Thanks.

There are two chambers. Transmission side and transfer case side. The CV shaft acts as a plug between the transmission and transfer case. Without the CV shaft and transmission moving around, fluids can move between transfer case - transmission and vice versa

I think you're likely okay but maybe a good time to do a drain and fill after it mixes up
