No, it isn't. The closest any engine comes is in the valvetrains of flat tappet engines, and even those shouldn't have point loads that high.

The wear test that the API uses for SN oils is the Sequence IIIG (ASTM D7320) test. The conditions of the Sequence IIIG test can be found here: http://www.gf-5.com/the_story/testing/#SequenceIIIGengine

Under the Sequence IIIG test, the maximum cam plus lifter wear for an SM/SN oil is 60 microns.

The IVA test allows for a cam wear of 90 microns for an SM/SN oil.
