wanting some opinion. I have already drawn my own but I want to hear from the oil freaks and see what opinions lie out there... so here it goes.

the vehicle is a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Classic with 6.6 Duramax. Currently at 50k miles. Use is very light but is known to haul an single enclosed car trailer from time to time.

My Dad and I have used Shell Rotella Triple T 15w40 since we have had this vehicle and are quite pleased. As some of you may know, I am now a distributor for Kendall and after learning more about it I am quite pleased with it. It also doesn't hurt that it's at wholesale :-)

So my question is. What would you rather run considering cost difference and performance between the two?

here is a link for the Kendall Super DXA 15w40.

the data page is available there.

Thanks guys!

Well i'm sure it's just like any good brand HDEO and that ad just hypes up it's own product again like any good HDEO,BUT...with out side by side used oil analysis over a period of time under like circumstances it's unclear how this oil will perform for your DMX a DMX is easy on any oil so going with what's cheaper for you is most likely the best way to go.

any currant CJ4 should protect adequate for your type light duty use. But on the other hand for me i like a proven oil and we all know Rotella is just that and thats' what i'd stick with.

$.02.....

The DXA will do just fine, and it's always good to have experience with the products you sell. I'd swap it over and let the OLM determine your next drain interval.
