Rodeo humor clip

That was a juvenile bull, Still wouldn't get in a pen with one. Saw a @ 1800 pound bull turn a heavy 5 rail gate into a pretzel when I was young....Stuck with me through the years.

One of my secretaries was a country girl. I was hosting an important meeting and she accompanied me as support staff. We had attended the Calgary Stampede earlier in the day as a bit of entertainment. She had been a barrel racer in her younger days and that evening was explaining the finer points of some of the things we had seen earlier in the day.

One of them inquired, "Do you have a horse?" "Well yes I do." she said.
"Do you have more than one horse?" the guest asked. "Well yes I do." she replied - modestly.
"Exactly how many horses do you have?" the guest asked. "About 23." she replied.

And these were not just any old horses. She and her husband were raising champion quarter horses.

Obviously staged. The color of the chair backs and some of the color of the womans' clothes supports it was staged.

Nonetheless, cracked me up, maybe you will find the clip funny. I tried to find clip on YouTube without success. Sorry only available on Facebook, I know some may not be able to access clip.

There’s also one done with a 4 person teeter totter where they can go up over the bulls head. They don’t get beat up as bad.

Here is a good example. Watch this and tell me Cowboy Poker isn't about the stupidest thing you've seen.

The rodeo crowd is an odd bunch. It's apparently not enough to watch men trying to get hurt by a bull, some of them will do almost anything to get in the arena and get hurt too.
Having grown up on a small farm with mostly Angus , I would never screw around with bulls.

Ours were much smaller and better temperamented than those.

Some were almost pets, but still on the wrong day, they can hurt you.

My dad told me early on , no matter how much you are around them, never turn your back on them while you are in the fenced in area.

100% true. My Dad called me one day from his cell phone and asked if I would come get him out of the bale feeder. Seems the bull had a bad day and my Dad decided his best chance at not getting gored was the bale feeder. Dad didn't even try to make it the 100 feet to his truck, he didn't think he would make it and wasn't willing to try.
